The Confident Mind is a joint venture between Sue Fraser, owner of Potential To Be, a coaching and training business, and Jenni Hallam, owner of Jenni Hallam Coaching, a coaching and therapy business.
What data do we collect?
The Confident Mind collects the following data:
- Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)
- Participant Questionnaire data. If you register for our Confident Mind course, we ask you to complete a questionnaire before and after the course.
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide The Confident Mind with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Place an order for any of our products or services.
- Sign up to our newsletter.
- Voluntarily complete a participant questionnaire or provide feedback.
- Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
The Confident Mind may also receive your data indirectly from Eventbrite, Google Reviews or GoCardless, a secure payment platform.
How will we use your data?
The Confident Mind collects your data so that we can:
- Process your order and take payment. Payment will be processed by Potential To Be, and payment platform GoCardless.
- Contact you with further communications about products and services you have expressed an interest in.
- Email you with further communications about products or services we think you may like.
The Confident Mind will not share your data with third parties, besides Potential To Be and Jenni Hallam Coaching, without asking for your prior consent.
How do we store your data?
The Confident Mind securely stores your data with Potential To Be. Information is held securely in the cloud by Microsoft Office.
The Confident Mind will keep your personal data until you unsubscribe from our emails, or until The Confident Mind dissolves. At this point, we will delete your data.
